Your Stay:

• Check in time 2 pm & Check out is 12 pm.  Please make arrangements with us for exceptions.

• Keyless entry code and garage code will be given 24hrs before your stay.

• You have full access to the home and the grounds except for the basement and the attic. 
  They will be locked.

 

House rules:

• We expect you will respect our home. 

• NO illegal drugs or activities in the home. 

• NO smoking in the house. If you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash. 

• NO pets allowed within the home. If a pet is found to have been in the home a $200 cleaning fee will apply.

• Please always lock exterior doors when you leave the home.

• Accidents happen, we understand.  If something gets broken or damaged, let us know and we will work out repair or replacement costs.

• We are usually in town, so if you need anything or have questions you can always call us.

Cancellation Policy:

7-day advance notice of cancellation for full reservation refund.  50% of the reservation will be will be held forfeit if within 7 days of reservation start date.
